EACH DAY IS A SEPERATE D14 Points paying event, you can ride 1 days or all 3 your choice!
Thursday , September 3
Gates open: 5pmā11pm
Gate fee: $40/person (ages 10+ and racers)
Kids 9 and under (non-racers): FREE
FRIDAY, September 4
Gates open: 12pmāMidnight
Gate fee: $35/person (ages 10+ and racers)
Kids 9 and under (non-racers): FREE
Practice CANCELLED
Sign-up for Saturday racing: 7ā8pm
Refunds available if you leave by 9pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday with a wristband
SATURDAY, September 5 ā RACE DAY (Bikes ONLY)

Gate fee: $30/person (ages 10+ and racers)
Sign-up: 7amāStart of practice
Practice: Mini Track @ 8:30am Big Track @ 9am
Race fees: $30/class (Mini Track) $40/class (Big Track)
AMA & D14 memberships required (available at sign-up)
No refunds once practice begins
MINI GP (longer 1 moto) (65 and 85cc bikes only) 20 Min moto +1 lap 100 % Payback* to the top 5 riders + a special top 65 award $30 to enter will be run at 1/2 time (must Ride 1 additional class)
SUNDAY, September 6 ā RACE DAY (Bikes ONLY)

Gate fee: $20/person (ages 10+ and racers)
Sign-up: 7amāStart of practice
Practice: Mini Track @ 8:30am Big Track @ 9am
Race fees: $30/class (Mini Track) $40/class (Big Track)

BIG BIKE GP (Ages 14+ 125cc-Open ) 20 Min moto +1 lap 100 % Payback* to the top 5 riders $30 to enter will be run at 1/2 time (must Ride 1 additional class)

SUNDAY AFTERNOON, We will be having a back to school "Field Day" by the big track start with Tug of war, Sack racing and more. FREE to Participate, all ages welcome, if any parents want to help out or bring more games please contact us

Additional Info
Memberships: AMA ($49) & D14 ($15) required. Renew online and bring proof (email confirmation with AMA/D14 number).
Camping: Small campfires allowed. No loud generators after 10pm.
Food & Drinks: 3Ds Concession stand open all weekend. Outside food/drinks welcome.
Minors: Racers under 18 must have a parent/guardian present or bring a notarized permission slip. Daily minor release required ā yearly releases not accepted.
Transponders:
Timing and scoring will be provided by MMXT using the standard MyLaps Transponders.
A racer only needs one transponder no matter how many classes the racer is in. Transponders can not be shared between racers. Each time your transponder passes over the finish line, the scoring software will know exactly who you are, what position you are in, and what your lap time is.
ā¢ All riders will be required to have a transponder BEFORE signing up to race.
ā¢ Youth riders participating on our 50 Track do not require a transponder.
ā¢ It is the riderās responsibility to sign up in the correct class and know the Limited (Stock) Class requirements. If you have any questions, please let us know in sign-up.
ā¢ Transponder scoring will be used and required for all riders on the big track
ā¢ NO Refunds will be given once practice starts.
ā¢ Awards MUST be picked up the day of event.
Facility Rules:
ā¢ There are 2 Ā Water fill stations, the main one shown in pic, please fill your camper before you come for the easiest parking. Water is potable fill-only, not for bike wash
ā¢ Quiet time is 10:00 PM. Please respect your neighbors. All loud generators should be turned off by then.

QUICK UPDATE / FAQs / CLASSES
MEMBERSHIPS - you will need an AMA and D14 Cards to race if yours is expired and you renew online make sure you have PROOF of renewal, an email with your AMA# or D14 # is needed or you'll be buying a renewal at signup. Renewals are AVAILABLE at Signup AMA is $49 and D14 $15 Buying online would help you get through line faster go HERE for AMA and HERE for D14 Memberships
CAMPING - You can have a small contained campfire, no loud generators after 10pm
CLASSES - YES WE HAVE a bunch, see the pics for D14, and Valley track classes
FOOD & DRINKS - 3Ds Concession will be trackside to provide food and drinks all weekend, as always you can bring your own also
UNDER 18 Racers - NEED to have a parent or guardian present, or fill out the Notarized permission slip (check our website) our insurance does NOT accept the yearly minor release so a daily minor release will need to be filled out
