-THURSDAY, July 3,

Gates open 10am-Midnight $35/ea 10+ & all racers for early arrivals

Sign-up will open for Friday racing from 7-8pm

-FRIDAY, July 4 -RACE DAY BIKES ONLY

Gates open 7am-Midnight $30/ea 10+ & all racers

Sign Up 7am-Start of Practice

Practice 9am -Mini Track starts at 8:30

NO REFUNDS once practice starts Racing follows practice

AMA and D14 memberships are required and available at sign up

$30/class on Mini Track

$40/class on big track (MYLAPS Transponders will be used on the big track this weekend)

Sign-up for Sat Early will be announced on the PA and Radio

WEEKEND FAQS

COSTS -

Thursday - $35 for spectators or Campers coming in early 10+years old & Racers

Friday - $30/ea for spectators or Campers coming in early 10+years old & Racers

Saturday - $20 Gate 10+years old & Racers

Sunday - $10 Gate fee 10+years old & Racers

WE USE MMXT Transponder Services on the Big Track (mini track does not)

If you own your own MYLAPS Transponder, make sure it is charged and you have the # from it and go directly to sign up Kiosk (or the window if you signed up online)

If you need a transponder. 1. Go to the MMXT Trailer located by the sign-up building, and write down your transponder # (or take a picture of it) so you will have that # for both days racing.

2. Go to the Sign-up Kiosk and swipe your AMA CARD (if you need one go directly to manual sign up window) and enter you class and transponder #

3. Go to Window 2 (the payment window)

MEMBERSHIPS - you will need an AMA and D14 (or another AMA District) Cards to race if yours is expired and you renew online make sure you have PROOF of renewal, an email with your AMA# or D14 # is needed or you'll be buying a renewal at signup. Renewals are AVAILABLE at Signup or online AMA is $49 and D14 $15

UNDER 18 Racers - NEED to have a parent or guardian present, or fill out the Notarized permission slip (check our website) our insurance does NOT accept the yearly minor release so a daily minor release will need to be filled out

CAMPING - You can have a small, contained campfire, no loud generators after 10pm

CLASSES - YES, WE HAVE a bunch, see the website for D14, and Valley track classes

Water Fills – We have 2 water fill stations and they are located on the south west corner of the property along the fence as well as behind sign up in the well house.
